Searching for the perfect table is never easy especially when your husband is 6’7 and needs more leg room/clearance than the average bear.  So we were so happy to stumble upon the opportunity to get a beautiful custom made live edge table in the exact style we were hoping for!

What I love the most is that we got a beautiful table that looks like it came out of a high end furniture store and it’s actually real wood and made locally!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have come across the Facebook ad for Simplicity’s Edge. We had always wanted our perfect table but had never found the perfect people to make it until I sent a message to Pauline and Nathan.

Pauline was so quick to respond and get me a quote on our table and then always quick to respond to my millions of emails with questions and specifications to make our table just right. My husband arranged to pick up our table and sure enough it was not going to fit in the cargo van he rented. Nathan then was so kind to take our table in his truck for a 2 hour drive to Windsor to deliver it for us and set it up!

Our new table was just perfect and more then we ever expected. So we decided we would have to contact Pauline again to get a custom matching tv stand! And that too was made exactly how we wanted it.

I had been searching for the perfect place from which to purchase a live edge table and came across Pauline and Nathan’s work.  I’m so thankful I did because they built the most beautiful table for our family! From beginning to end they made the process so easy with their expert knowledge of what would work best for the custom table I requested from a picture.  Pauline explained every step of the process in building the table and was very responsive to all of my questions, providing us with pictures to give us an idea of the final product.  Upon delivery, Nathan took time to talk to us on how he built the table and the challenges he overcame in our request as the base we requested was something he had not done before. In the end, he created exactly what we envisioned.  Pauline and Nathan are a true joy to work with and we are so grateful for the beautiful table they have made for the future generations of our family! One year after we purchased our beautiful live edge table from Simplicity’s edge, I still find myself marvelling at the beauty and craftsmanship.

After the initial contact with Pauline, I had a relaxed and comfortable visit to their home to discuss the process of creating these fine pieces from wood selection to finished product.

Pauline was fantastic to work with and always quick to answer any questions I had; including a follow up inquiry after we had our dining table home to make sure we were pleased with the final product.

Nathan is a master at his craft, and his pride in his work is evident. Nathan delivered and set up our table with extra TLC. We now have a piece of furniture that will be passed down for generations to come.
